Early Warning Systems
Designing, installing, and validating communication networks for timely threat detection and lawful, coordinated response.

Paramedic-level first-responder and mass-casualty instruction; emergency action planning.
Security Development, Vulnerability Assessments & Protective Mapping
Instruction in site hardening for vulnerable communities and places of worship, threat and vulnerability assessments, and protective mapping for humanitarian access.
Prevention, Mediation & Agricultural Resilience
Interest-based mediation, rapid dispute response, resource-competition solutions, and Foundations for Farming agricultural resilience.
Conflict-Systems Analysis & Strategy Testing
AI-enabled environment modeling and human-driven strategy testing to identify conflict drivers and test lawful, non-coercive interventions.

Our Directors
J.L. Miller
JL Miller leads PALACE Alliance with a decade of humanitarian-security planning experience, coordinating personnel and partner organizations to protect vulnerable communities. With graduate study in Operations Science and a Systems Engineering degree, he brings a disciplined, analytical approach to violence reduction and civilian resilience.
Derek Hanel
Derek Hanel brings two decades of leadership, advanced instruction, and human-performance development to PALACE Alliance. His work has centered on teaching and the preparation of personnel for demanding, high-responsibility environments, and on building mentorship and development programs at scale.
Ron Keidar
Ron Keidar brings more than two decades of protective-security and international-engagement experience to PALACE Alliance. His work spans executive protection, threat preparedness, and strategic security advising in complex environments, alongside leading American and Israeli security professionals. In recent years he has instructed law-enforcement agencies and civilian communities in threat awareness and protective readiness.
